I hope you are all well and that we will make it through the next month of ramping covid.
I just got back from an early three week visit to Germany. I got to see my family and very sick aunt.
I want to give thanks to the neighbors milking and feeding the cows, Rob for tending the root cellar and delivering the last fall CSA and to Steve for letting me go in uncertain times.
I am deep into seed orders and starting to plan the next year. I want to thank you for eating with us and supporting local food and farmers. We had a good year of crops and the crew did amazing. Your CSA commitment was a large part of the success, knowing you will enjoy the fruits of our labor, your supporting comments and smiles. If you have any comments on how we can do better in the future, please let us know, we are eager to learn.
Planning ahead we still have lots of veggies in the root cellar and If you are interested in winter root veggies you can still sign up for our winter share.
I wish you a happy holidays and a good new years eve. We will have our yearly new years eve party at Birdsfoot with Birdsfooters only with garlands, games, snacks, dance and homemade Margaritas.
peace, Dulli
