Birdsfoot Farm Winter- CSA-Shares 2020, pick up every week
We offer two different sizes:
The A-share is designed for a family with children or student groups.
The B-share is for singles or couples.
There are two different shares:
The weekly Basic-share: with more standard vegetables will have approximately:
B-share size: 2lb potatoes, 1 garlic, 2lb cabbage (every other week at first, later every week), and lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, peppers, hot peppers, kale/ collards, cilantro, celery as long as available
Cost for 10 drop offs: $162+ delivery fee $10= $172
A-share size: 4lb potatoes , 2 garlic, 4lb cabbage (every other week at first, later every week), and lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, peppers, hot peppers, kale/ collards, cilantro, celery as long as available, cilantro, celery and kale as long as available
Cost for 10 drop offs: $300+ delivery fee $10= $310
The Full-Share includes less common roots and will have approximately:
B-share size: 2lb potatoes, 1garlic, 2lb cabbage (every other week at first, later every week),, 1/2lb of parsnips, 1/2lb of celeriac,1/4lb sunchokes and , and lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, peppers, hot peppers, kale/ collards, cilantro, as long as available.
Cost for ten drop offs: $200+ delivery fee $10= $210
A-share size: 3lb potatoes, 2 garlic, 4lb cabbage (every other week at first, later every week), 1 1/2lb of parsnips, 1/2lb of celeriac, 1/4lb sunchokes and , and lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, peppers, hot peppers, kale/ collards, cilantro, as long as available, cilantro, celery and kale as long as available
Cost for ten drop offs: $380+ delivery fee $10 = $390
Pick up starts this Tuesday 10/13:
In Canton at 4pm at the Cleary household address: 66 Judson St., inside the closed in porch, tel. 970 691 9097
In Potsdam at the Potsdam Food Coop back loading dock cooler 4pm-6pm pick up that day please
Pick up at the farm has no delivery fee
Please call me or them if you can’t make a pick up. If it is cold, your bag will be inside the house.
Veggies not picked up within 24hrs will be donated to the food pantry if not arranged differently ahead of time.
Pick up dates Tuesdays:10/13, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3, 11/10,11/17, 11/25, 12/1, 12/8 and 12/15
